Beyond the Canvas

Tessa’s work extends far beyond her studio paintings. She is a muralist, curator, and community builder dedicated to transforming spaces and connecting people through art.

Her community work began with The Garage, her private studio and event space. That effort grew into co-founding The Creative Well Arts Foundation, a nonprofit built on the belief that art heals, connects, and sustains us. Today, Tessa serves as Executive Director while creating site-specific murals, curating gallery exhibitions, and sourcing artwork for private and commercial clients.

Murals

Since painting her first wall in 2022, Tessa has completed over 40 public, commercial, educational, and residential murals across the region. Her large-scale work is site-specific, designed to integrate seamlessly into architectural environments and reflect the communities surrounding them.

Projects range from private commercial installations to participatory community murals that invite collective painting. Each commission is approached with consideration for the scale of the wall, the intention of the environment, and the people who inhabit the space.

Gallery Curation

Inside The Creative Well Arts Foundation, Tessa curates rotating exhibitions at The Garage Gallery, a nod to her original studio space. Her work centers on regional and emerging artists, organizing public exhibitions, gallery talks, and programming designed for collectors.

Projects range from solo features for rising talent to multi-artist shows that highlight local creative voices. Each exhibition is curated with consideration for storytelling, visual flow, and connecting artists directly with the surrounding community.

Sourcing

Operating under Tessa Hall Fine Art, Tessa collaborates with interior designers, collectors, and commercial clients to place original artwork in private and public spaces. Through her work as a curator, she maintains direct relationships across a wide network of local artists.

Projects range from selecting existing studio pieces to managing custom commissions and sourcing work from outside artists. Each placement is approached with consideration for scale, budget, and specific requirements of each space.
