Tessa Hall Duquette is a Virginia Beach-based artist, muralist, curator, and arts leader. Her work moves between the studio and the street, from original oil paintings and large-scale murals to exhibitions, public art projects, and community-driven creative experiences.

As Executive Director of the Creative Well Arts Foundation and the force behind its Garage Gallery, Tessa works at the center of a growing network of artists, collectors, designers, and creative organizations.

She curates exhibitions, connects people with original artwork, creates murals for public and private spaces, and develops projects that invite people to experience art firsthand.

Her original oil paintings are available for purchase, and she accepts select mural, commission, curatorial, and collaborative projects in Virginia and beyond.
